Please note none of our items are physically shipped. They are downloads that will appear after you have successfully made your purchase and your payment has gone through. Or they are drives/files that you will receive a link to via your email once your payment has gone through.

**Digital Graphics are sent as PNG finished files and are not for editing. 300dpi transparent background PNG.

**Seamless and Tumbler Files are sent as 300 dpi PNG finished files and will not be transparent. They will come with whatever background we have selected in the making of our image.

**Drives are Dropbox drives. You will be added to the drive you purchased within 24 hours and after payment has gone through. You will receive this link via email. Please provide the email you would like access to be provided to in the notes section if different from the email you are using to checkout. If you do not provide an alternative email, the email you use at checkout will be where the link goes to. If you have not received access within 24 hours, please reach out via the contact us information on our website.

**Customs will be invoiced and once payment is received your file will be sent to you via the email provided at either checkout or in the notes section. Custom prices are based on what we have on hand to create the file, if we have to make additional purchases, and how much time goes into making the file. Customs range from $5-$15 per file. Please reach out via the contact us information on our website for your custom needs/requests. These items are not included in monthly and/or yearly drives.

**Semi Exclusive/Exclusive items are either sold as entirely exclusive or limited to 3 vendors. If you are purchasing as entirely exclusive you must add 3 to your cart and will receive the discounted price when doing so. If there are not 3 available this means that someone else has already claimed a spot as semi exclusive. Semi Exclusive pricing is typically $15-$25 to three vendors and Entirely Exclusive pricing is typically $30-$45. Please reach out via the contact us information on our website for your semi exclusive and exclusive needs/requests. These items are not included in monthly and/or yearly drives.

**Collabs/Bundles on occasion will be completed solo or with 1 or more vendors. When purchasing a collab that is with 1 or more vendors please be sure you adhere to their TOU, as well, when purchasing. Collabs and Bundles are not included in monthly and/or yearly drives.

**Inspired items are items that you as a business owner choose to purchase and use at your own risk. These are not included in monthly and/or yearly drives other than the Inspired Drive(s).

Please make sure you have the required software and knowledge to use this image before making your purchase. We are not responsible for assisting you with any issues on your end regarding the file. We can only support when issues are regarding what we have created. Your printer not printing correctly, your colors not matching, you not using the appropriate shirt with the right amount of polyester, or your preference for pressing is not something we can assist with. Everyone’s press is different. We are not responsible for you using a cricut easy press, household iron,etc. Neither of these are recommended.

This means you are not able to make changes to what we have created, use in your own finished designs, share with a friend, resold as your own, or dumped in dump groups for free game to others. If you are caught doing any of these things and hold a drive you will be removed. If you do not hold our drive, but are doing these things you will be denied access from our social media and as a customer on our platforms. Do better. Be a good human.
